Alexys Henry is a Contemporary
painter, born in Arizona in 1980, and raised in both Phoenix and New York.
While in college she studied journalism, painting and
early childhood education. After living briefly in Berkeley, California and
Seattle, Washington, she relocated back to Phoenix where she is represented
in several galleries. Her inspiration for her abstract works comes from her
critical examinations of urban living and the elements of architectural
decay.
