Ester Smee is a listed California artist who was born in Pennsylvania in 1917, but then moved to Long Beach, California in the 1930's.

She was a member of the Laguna Beach Art Association as well as the Long Beach Art Association. She exhibited her artwork at the California Art Club, the Villa Riviera in Long Beach and the Palos Verdes Estates Art Association.
