Frederick W. Becker is a well-listed California Painter, known for his landscapes of the local terrain.

Born in 1888 in South Dakota, he studied at the Los Angeles School of Art and Design, the Art Student's League, and with Hugh Breckenridge and Daniel Garber at the PAFA. His works are in several museum collections and countless corporate and private collections, He died in 1974.
