Giancarlo Isola is a contemporary Italian painter and engraver who was born in Livorno, Italy
in 1927. He now lives in Rome. Several of his artworks were seen in the film
"The Talented Mr. Ripley".
He has been exhibited extensively in Italy and abroad. This painting has a Wally
Findlay Gallery (Chicago) on the reverse.
