Helen Mary McOwen is a contemporary craftsperson working out of Gumtree, Capetown, South Africa.

She makes her mixed media works out of cloth, cardboard, leather, and bits of advertising cutouts. Except fro the rare tourist souvenir, her work is nearly never found in the United States.
