The well known painter,
sculptor and lithographer Joan Miro was born in Barcelona, Spain in 1893.
She studied at the
Barcelona School of Fine Arts and the Academia Gali. He was known for his
abstract and almost dreamlike compositions full of colors.
His work is in many
museums worldwide, as well as private and corporate collections. He died in
1983 at the age of 90.
