A well listed painter and
illustrator, Leon Geille de Saint. Leger was best known for his Orientalist
landscapes of Morocco and Algiers.
Born in France in 1864,
he studied at the l'Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. His paintings were
recently included in a special exhibition at the Hotel Des Vented in Lyon,
France. His date of death is unknown.
