Leonard Everett Fisher is a listed East Coast painter and illustrator
known for his modernistic and Surreal figural images.
Born in 1924 in New York City, Leonard studied with
Moses Soyer, Reginald Marsh, Serge Chermayeff. He won a Pulitzer Prize for
his illustrations and his work has been honored with two retrospectives at
the Museum of American Illustration and the New Britain Museum.
