Russo was a listed Italian painter and graphic designer known for his
figurative modern subjects.
During his lifetime, his work was exhibited widely
throughout Europe and the United States. In 1992 a retrospective of his work
was exhibited at the Brasche Palace in Rome.
This work has an old gallery label on the back from
Leger Galleries in White Plains, New York.
