Norman Rockwell was one of
the foremost American illustrators creating covers for the Saturday Evening
Post between 1916 and 1963.
During the 1950's Norman
Rockwell executed murals for the Nassau Tavern in Princeton, New Jersey. He has
his own museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
Born in 1894, he died in
1978.
